Yoga is magic
I have been practicing yoga for a number of years and have experienced the amazing benefits it offers. I am a qualified Yoga Teacher and completed the 200 hours teacher training at Yoga Hero.
I am passionate about supporting others and have a deep level of empathy for anyone who is struggling mentally or physically.
I am a yoga teacher who wants to help people connect with themselves. A teacher who encourages people to get out of their heads and listen to their bodies and the messages it offers.
My aim is to make people feel how amazing they are, by turning up on their mats and offering themselves this time away from responsibilities.
I want to bring yoga philosophy into classes and help people to still their minds, so they can have a different perspective on their day and their stress, whilst getting an excellent workout at the same time!
My style of yoga is Vinyasa. Vinyasa is a style of yoga where you move smoothly from one pose to another in coordination with your breath. It's often referred to as "flow" yoga because of the flowing sequence of movements. This type of yoga helps build strength, flexibility, and balance while also promoting relaxation and mindfulness.
I have weekly classes in Cleckheaton and the surrounding areas.

Savasana...
Pronouced as shu-VAHS-ah-nah.
“Sava” or “shava” refers to a corpse, while “asana” means posture or pose. Therefore, Savasana is commonly known as the corpse pose. It is a relaxing position where the body is kept still in a supine position (lying on the back facing upwards). Although it looks easy, it is a challenging position because the art of relaxation is harder than it seems. In yoga we call this the final resting pose, what better way to receive your rejuvenating treatment.
