What is Reiki?

Reiki has really helped me to gain clarity, develop confidence, speak in a thoughtful way and take a pause before reacting. I feel that it has enhanced my life and I am really passionate about it doing the same for others, including you who is reading this now. :)


Reiki is a spiritual healing practice that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. It's based on the idea that a "universal life force energy" flows through all living beings and that this energy can be channeled by practitioners to promote healing and well-being.


Reiki is believed to offer a variety of potential benefits, though individual experiences can vary.


Some commonly reported benefits of Reiki include relaxation and stress reduction, which can lead to improved sleep quality, enhanced mood, and a greater sense of well-being. It may also help alleviate physical discomfort and pain by promoting the body's natural healing processes.


Additionally, Reiki is thought to support emotional healing by releasing pent-up emotions and promoting a sense of inner peace and balance.


Some people also find that Reiki enhances their spiritual connection and fosters personal growth and self-awareness.
