Mandy has been practicing yoga for a number of years and has experienced the amazing
benefits it offers. She is a qualified Yoga Teacher and completed her 200 hours teacher
training at Yoga Hero. She is passionate about supporting others and has a deep level of
empathy for anyone who is struggling mentally or physically.
Mandy is a yoga teacher who wants to help people connect with themselves. A teacher who
encourages people to get out of their heads and listen to their bodies and the messages it
offers. Mandy’s aim is to make people feel how amazing they are, by turning up on their
mats and offering themselves this time away from responsibilities. She wants to bring yoga
philosophy into classes and help people to still their minds, so they can have a different
perspective on their day and their stress, whilst getting an excellent workout at the same
time!
Mandy’s style of yoga is Vinyasa. Vinyasa is a style of yoga where you move smoothly from
one pose to another in coordination with your breath. It's often referred to as "flow" yoga
because of the flowing sequence of movements. This type of yoga helps build strength,
flexibility, and balance while also promoting relaxation and mindfulness.
In Mandy’s spare time she loves to spend time with her dog Archie, catch up with friends,
and run her holistic therapy business.
